Flicker by Ak was born out of a spark—an idea shared between friends who saw a gap in the market for stylish, affordable, and everyday-wear jewellery. What started as a passion project to meet the fashion needs of our peers quickly turned into a brand driven by creativity, community, and confidence.

Our Story:

Our journey began on a college campus, surrounded by friends, creativity, and the desire to bring something fresh to everyday fashion. As students ourselves, we understood the craving for jewellery that was trendy, minimal, and wearable—not just for special occasions, but for daily life: lectures, coffee dates, campus festivals, and everything in between.

We noticed a pattern—everyone was buying imitation or artificial jewellery for daily wear, only to find it lost its charm, broke easily, or faded after a few uses.

We thought: Why settle for disposable fashion?

That’s when Flicker by Ak came to life.

With a handful of designs, a lot of heart, and the support of our amazing friends (who became our first models and biggest cheerleaders), Flicker by Ak took its first steps. We didn't have fancy studios or massive resources—just a clear vision: to make fashion-forward silver jewellery that reflects youthful elegance and everyday confidence.

We decided to make silver jewellery that was both fashionable and valuable. We weren’t just designing for style; we were designing with intention. We wanted people to have access to jewellery that felt luxe, looked trendy, and actually meant something.
