Returns & Refunds policy

At Flicker by Ak, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective item, we offer a one-time exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility – Defective Items Only

  • Exchanges are strictly limited to defective products.

  • You must contact us at flickerbyak@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Your email must include:

    • Order number

    • Clear images of the item clearly showing the defect

  • Once reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for the exchange process.


Important Conditions

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Only jewellery items are eligible for exchange and must be replaced with other jewellery products.

  • Shipping the defective product back to us is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Flicker by Ak is not liable for any damage or loss during return transit.

  • You must include the original invoice or order number in the return.


Packaging Instructions

  • Items must be securely packed using the original packaging or equivalent.

  • The package must be properly sealed and taped. Any poorly packed return will not be accepted.

  • Ensure your name, address, and Return Authorization Number (RAN) are clearly printed on the outer package.


Quality Inspection

Once we receive the returned item, our quality inspection team will assess the product. An exchange will only be issued if the item:

  • Is confirmed to be defective

  • Is in original, unused condition

  • Passes our internal quality check


You will be contacted once the inspection is complete and the exchange is approved.
